THE USE OF VITAMINS A, C AND E IN THE PREVENTION OF SKIN AGING

Abstract
Skin aging is a natural factor, which happens due to chronological age, and the factors that can cause the marks of this fact early on. Biomedicine has contributed to the study of vitamins, in addition to the dosages necessary to delay this effect. The general objective of this article was to relate vitamins A, C and E with the delay of aging. And the specific objectives: To describe the skin aging process and the factors that cause it; prove the use of vitamins to improve the process. The methodology of this study was focused on an integrative literature review of articles by other authors and researchers in the field. The results of this study show that advances in the field of cosmetology have contributed to delaying the effects of aging and thus providing aging with greater care and quality products. The topical use of the vitamins mentioned in the study may be part of the prevention of facial aging.
