Um caso de intercorrência após uso de hialuronidase na região nasojugal

Abstract
RESUMO
Os sinais de envelhecimento estão ligados à ação muscular, perda de sustentação óssea, flacidez da pele e diminuição do volume dos compartimentos de gordura facial. Para o tratamento do envelhecimento da pele, é utilizado o Ácido Hialurônico, preenchedor com o objetivo de repor a hidratação preenchendo as áreas afetadas e estimulando a produção do colágeno perdido. Assim, o objetivo deste estudo é relatar um caso de intercorrência com o uso da substância na área das olheiras, indicar quais medidas foram tomados para solucioná-la e qual o diagnóstico médico realizado na paciente. Ao final do estudo, foi possível relatar que a conduta do profissional logo após a intercorrência foi fundamental para que não houvesse uma piora no quadro. Contudo, a análise médica foi inconclusiva sobre a lesão ocular, podendo ter sido por três fatores: 1. Permeação da medicação hialuronidase nos tecidos oculares. 2. Reação alérgica a medicação hialuronidase. 3. Lesão ocular por excesso de massagem na distribuição de hialuronidase nas regiões palpebrais.
